Bred for substantial egg laying, the Khaki Campbell can even out-lay even the most efficient egg laying chicken! A very lovely domestic duck, they are great to have around!

With specific cross-breeding of Mallards, Rouens, and Runners, this Khaki Campbell duck was developed to be a very high egg producer. They can average up to 320 eggs per year given the proper circumstances. Despite misconceptions of this breed being flighty or skittish, they are mostly a calm and gentle breed and are great for families to raise. The males are mostly khaki colored with a darker head, while the females are all over khaki colored.
