John Dahl is the chief executive of operations and president of Tri-County Feed Service. With over 25 years of experience in the retail, feed and grain industries, he's gained the kind of business acumen that can only come from starting at the bottom and working your way to the top. His focus is now on continued growth and inspiring his employees to excellent customer service, which he considers to be the basis of profitability.
"Your future success is only as capable as those you choose to surround yourself with," said John.
In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his family, home remodeling, boating, camping, exercising, and watching football.

Emily Johnson | CFO
Emily Johnson is the chief financial officer and a co-owner of Tri-County Feed Service and Rivers Family of Companies. She brings over 20 years of accounting and business experience to the company. It is that expertise that has contributed substantially to the company's success in the last 10 years. She is responsible for all aspects of Tri-County Feed's financial and accounting operations.
When Emily has some free time, she spends it with her husband, Jerod; their children, Alyssa, Brionna and Jaden; and their two dogs, Tux and Otis. The busy family loves to travel and they take time every summer to camp in beautiful Pentwater. Her origins may have been in big city life, but her roots are now firmly established in the rustic beauty of rural Michigan. Emily plants her own garden every year, plays the piano, and is an avid reader.

Gered Dahl | Vice President
Gered Dahl is the vice president and a co-owner of Tri-County Feed Service. Like his brother, John, his focus is on growing the business, providing outstanding customer service, business networking and managing inventory.
In his time off, you can find Gered on adventures with his daughter. He also loves to fish, hike, go to concerts, woodworking, kayaking, gardening and enjoying good times with family and friends.

Stephanie Dahl | Credit Manager / Accounts Payable Administrator
Stephanie Dahl is the company's credit manager and accounts payable administrator. She plays a vital role in verifying credit and managing all business accounts for the company. She also works directly with the company's vendors and performs all accounts payable job duties with the utmost efficiency.
Stephanie has many hobbies and interests, including camping, hunting, biking, sewing, painting, reading, gardening and kayaking.

TJ Murphy | Farming Nutritionist
TJ Murphy, will come out to your farm or home to listen and observe. He'll bring the data he gathers back to John who will make expert recommendations on feed product selection,appropriate diets, maintenance feeding programs and modifications of diet to meet your specific needs or desired outcomes.
Amy Demara | TCF New Era Store Manager
Amy DeMara is the company's retail General Manager. She will likely be one of the friendly faces you see when you stop into the store. She handles stores ordering, retail merchandising and customer service, along with the many other hats and duties that come with running a small business.
When Amy isn't in the store, some of her hobbies and interests include rabbit showing, hobby farming, gardening, aquarium keeping, snake wrangling (frogs, toads, and isopods too!), and hunting.
