Refund policy

At Tri County Feed Service, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

✅ Eligible Returns
We accept returns on:
Unopened and unused feed, supplements, and pet products
Items in original packaging with all labels intact
Products accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened bags or used products
Perishable goods (e.g., live feed, refrigerated items)
Custom or special-order products
Discounted or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

📅 Return Window
Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
No returns will be accepted after this period.
💵 Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, or as store credit if preferred.
If no receipt is provided, store credit may be issued at the manager’s discretion based on the current sale price.

🔁 Exchanges
We are happy to offer product exchanges for eligible items within the 14-day window, subject to availability.
